I am testing the free plan, but after waiting very long time, the web page still pending on “Sorry for the wait…” . after trying register another two new accounts , same result.

We’ve looked into this and we can only see the Rainbow Org created though a bad zip was submitted. As for the Flyingfish Org, we were able to confirm with our team that it was supplied with the wrong verification code and was submitted a couple of times.
To resolve this issue, we suggest that you recreate these Organizations and provide the correct verification and zip file.
