This topic is raised on behalf of the user who reported that some endpoints, despite being registered and able to access services, are still showing offline state via the console view. We are requesting our platform developers to investigate this further and share their findings.
We had a problem with our rabbitmq messages in MOP that caused the issue. However, this has been cleared from the queue. The endpoint status should now be in sync with our console database. Furthermore, users should also be able to provision network components (i.e. endpoints, services, edge routers, AppWANs, etc.) as expected.
We have released a patch to our production that addresses this issue. Please refresh your console view and confirm that endpoints offline/online are reflecting correctly on the console.
